Marble & apricots

From 4. to 5. August 2012 the traditional Festival "MARMOR & MARILLEN" (marble & apricots) takes place in Laas.
Marble and apricots are typical products of Laas.

On the traces of the marble transport through the Laas mountains - guide (ca. 500 m - 6 hours)

Description: start at the station, introduction into the world of marble in the "remise", hike to the "heart", over the sloped railway track way to the "Bremsberg", from the "Bremsberg" to the "Aufleg", bach through the "Gurgl" (Gurgl = canyon with waterfall, only in good weather) to Laas to the festival.
